The Studio Details
The Studio is a thoroughly modern and bright airy space.
Every comfort has been thought of from the wriggling of your toes on the luxurious cosy carpet to the glory of the rainfall shower in the bathroom.
The walls have been painted in gentle Farrow and Ball colours and the fabrics mirror the understated elegance of the interior.
There is underfloor heating throughout and this can be easily adjusted to your own preference.
Quirky artworks and photographs by a well known local photographer hang on the walls.
As you enter by the French doors you'll find yourself in the sunny open plan sitting area with a comfy sofa, wall mounted 36” flat screen telly, Blue ray DVD player, freeview, Ipod with ceiling speakers and free Wi-Fi.
There are plenty of DVD's, books and games to entertain you – it makes it a very hard place to tear yourself away from!
The kitchen area is tucked away and beautifully finished with beech worktops. Please note there is only a microwave, fridge/ice box, toaster, kettle, and sink plus all the essentials for making a tasty breakfast or a light supper.
You'll never want to leave your bed - it's a super king size with sumptuous linens and unbelievably comfy. You could spend all day here, just looking out at the amazing views …
However, when you do there is a dressing table, magnifying mirror and hairdryer plus exceptionally well appointed and hand made wardrobes with trouser rail, hanging space, shelves and shoe drawers.
The bathroom is another space that's hard to leave – it's beautiful and built on the round, with stained glass windows and a magnificent shower. With a luxurious large rainfall head plus four body jets and a hand held shower it could keep you entertained for days.
There are fluffy towels, dressing gowns and shower and bathroom products by The Highland Soap Company.

There is off-road parking on the shared driveway of the main house, right outside your own private pathway to the separate entrance.
There is free Wi-Fi, but being Scotland mobile coverage is not so good, although o2 seems to be the best, with the others all receiving a signal, just not so strong at times.
Sorry, but dogs are not allowed in The Studio, but please try The Doocot where they are very welcome.
There is underfloor heating throughout, with your own private thermostat, to keep you as warm and cosy as you desire.
