Directions and Arrival Instructions 

 From the west: M6, M74 route, follow signs to STIRLING where you will join the A9. 

The town of Auchterarder is by-passed and a few miles on, take the B9141, signed to DUNNING Ignore any other sign to Dunning. ** 

The B9141 will take you towards Dunning - the road takes you under a railway bridge up an incline then round a sharp right-hand bend. The road slopes down a hill and you will pass Leadketty Farm on your left. At the bottom of the hill St Andrews Cottage/Studio Apartment is on your right. 

Ring the bell to the side of the green front door and we will be there to greet you with the keys. 

From the east: Travelling north of Edinburgh on the M90 towards PERTH, take the city by-pass by following signs to STIRLING (you will filter left to Perth, then left again on to the by-pass). You will come to the Broxden roundabout where you turn left on to the A9. 6 miles from the roundabout, at the bottom of a long sloping hill having crossed the river Earn, take the B9141 to Dunning. Ignore any other sign to Dunning. Follow as from ** 

Alternatively, you can leave the M90 at Bridge of Earn and take the B935 to Dunning. At the T- junction in Dunning, turn right, follow the road to the square and turn right on to Station Road (B9141), past the village school and bowling green. Carry on a short distance and St Andrews Cottage/Studio Apartment is the next turning on your left. 

To collect the keys please ring the bell to the side of the green front door of the main house and you will be greeted by the owners. 

Arrival & Departure Times - Guests are kindly asked to arrive between 4 pm and 6 pm in the afternoon. The Studio should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the morning of departure. Any early entry times or late check out times are at the discretion of the Owner.

 Please remember that The Studio is a non-smoking house.
